HOW CAN I USE MY PERRYBOX OFFER CODE? :
In each Perrybox, you will receive an exclusive offer code only available to Perrybox subscribers.
The terms and expiry for that code will appear here every month.
OCTOBER BOX CODE ENTITLES YOU TO 10% OFF ANY WOODEN PEG DOLLS UNTIL 31st OCTOBER INCLUSIVE
SIMPLY ENTER IN THE CODE IN YOUR BASKET PAGE AND IT WILL DEDUCT THIS AMOUNT OFF YOUR TOTAL - NO MINIMUM SPEND
(Code will be on your thank you card in your perrybox)
You will only receive the discount off your PEG DOLL items
Please do not share this code with people who have not got a Perrybox
and please do not use the code more than once per customer

WHAT IS IN THE BOX?:
If you visit the main PERRYBOX landing page, we have a list of the 'kind' of contents.
This is not revealed until after you get your box
You can see photos of previous boxes on the main PERRYBOX landing page to get an idea
ARE EVERYONE'S BOXES THE SAME? :
Yes. We include the same contents in each box, although due to stock levels with our real wood & art supplies, sometimes contents may vary. (Eg Paint Colours)
CAN I CHANGE THE CONTENTS?
The Perrybox works in the same way as all the other subscription boxes you see on the market, so the contents are decided by us, and we kindly ask that you don't request changes to what we include. The box contents are decided months in advance, and the preparation and purchasing the art supplies is pre planned.
WHEN WILL MY BOX BE POSTED? :
The boxes are posted on the first Monday of every shipping month.
Some months this may fall on the 6th or earlier.
THE SHIPPING MONTHS ARE :
FEBRUARY, APRIL, JUNE, AUGUST, OCTOBER, DECEMBER
The deadline to subscribe is always displayed on the Perrybox Landing page
This shows how many days you have left to purchase.
It may take a up to two days for all boxes to be dispatched depending on how many we have to send out.
This is currently the same for one off boxes too, as we don't have the manpower to be able to dispatch boxes at various times of the month, and we aim to keep the contents as secret as possible, so this avoids early receivers of boxes sharing the contents on social media before everyone has had the chance to get their boxes

WILL I GET AN EMAIL ONCE I HAVE PURCHASED? :
Yes this should come to you straight away, but please don't panic if it doesn't, there are sometimes glitches with confirmation emails.
You can always just sign into your Perrybox account ay any time to check the status of your order if you are in any doubt as to whether it processed successfully.
CAN YOU SHIP WORDWIDE? :
Not currently. Only the UK
HOW CAN I CHECK MY PERRYBOX ORDER/SUBSCRIPTION? :
On every Perrybox page there is a Perrybox login button, this will take you to view your account and orders, and to make any amendments.
WHAT IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?
If your automatic payment method does not get processed successfully, Subbly (Our Payment manager) will attempt 3 times over as many days, emailing you with updates each time. After this, your Perrybox subscription will be automatically cancelled and you will be informed by email.
To get a box, you will need to subscribe again, as a new customer with valid payment.
You will need to look at the countdown on the main Perrybox landing page to see if you have managed to re subscribe in time for the current box.
We do not take late payments, or payments by PayPal or any other method as our entire Perrybox payment procedure is managed by an external company.
CAN I RETURN SOME OR ALL OF IT? :
No, we don't have a return policy on returning certain items in your box.
If you wish to return the whole box, then you can contact us for return information - Return postage is payable by yourself.
The box must be unopened and still sealed in the mail bag in which it comes in.
Any boxes returned that have been opened are not eligible for a refund.
WHAT ABOUT LOSS & DAMAGES? :
If your Perrybox gets lost in the post, we will replace it, however we do have tracking, so if the information shows that is has delivered, we trust this to be true as Royal Mail scan items as they are delivered, or if an attempted delivery is made. If there is no tracking info this usually means that delivery is still in progress, so we kindly ask customers to wait until Royal Mail provide more information (Usually within 15 days)
Any damaged items need to be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery and a photo sent please, so we can arrange your damaged item.
HOW IS MY PAYMENT TAKEN? :
We have a simple checkout where you just enter in your Debit/Credit card details.
Secure Payment via STRIPE.
If you have signed up to a subscription, this payment will automatically be taken again on the same day every TWO months from when the first payment was made.
We do not take PayPal or accept Bank transfers for our Subscription boxes.
We wanted a payment option that was available to everybody.
CAN I ADD MY NORMAL PERRY'S WOODCRAFT ITEMS AND CHECKOUT TOGETHER? :
Unfortunately this is not possible as we use a 3rd party company to process and manage our Subscription Box transactions, so if you require items from Perry's Woodcraft, this will need to be done separately.
CAN I BUY ANY OF THE CONTENTS ON THEIR OWN ON YOUR WEBSITE:
Most of the MDF Craft will be on our website, although any really new items may be added to the website shortly after receiving your box.
In some cases you may receive an item we do already sell on our site, but a smaller version of it.
The Art supplies, and real wood items are not currently available to buy on our website.
WILL THE BOXES BE DIFFERENT EVERY TIME ? :
We plan the boxes up to 6 months in advance and made sure none of the MDF craft is duplicated in any 6 month period.
We can't guarantee the art supplies and real wood items, due to stock levels.
Colours may vary with some of the art supplies.
CAN I BUY A PREVIOUS BOX?:
Most of the time, YES.
This is not guaranteed as we receive many last minute subscriptions which often use our last few spares
We will try and do is keep a few spare but these will be on a first come first serve basis and will show as SOLD OUT when gone.
They will be listed on our normal Perrys Woodcraft Page, in the Ready to Post section.
The only box available to buy will be the most recently sent one.
The postage cost depends on how many other items you purchase.
Please note the previous box purchases do not include a special offer code as these are exclusive to subscribers
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION? :
Yes of course. Simply visit subscription account. (This is accessible via the email you received when you placed your order, and by clicking on the Perrybox Login button on any of the Perrybox Pages.

IS MY PERRY'S WOODCRAFT LOGIN THE SAME AS MY PERRYBOX LOGIN? :
Your Perrys Woodcraft Login is not valid as your Perrybox login, but don't worry, it asks you to choose a password when you first checkout, so you can always use the same one if that's easier.
WHAT IF I CANCEL BUT A PAYMENT STILL GETS TAKEN? :
This will only happen if you cancel after the countdown deadline
(Which we have displayed on the Perrybox landing page)
In this case, it will have been too late for the current box, and this may have already dispatched, or the box's postage will have already been booked and ready to send.
