Hyphenated names: You have up to 10 letters, but if a hyphenated name is more than this, please select two names 
EG IF THE NAME IS AVA-ROSE please select 7 letters 
IF THE NAME IS MAISIE-GRACE please select 6 and then 5

The name’s lengths depends on how it’s designed and what letters are in the name but as a guide, SAMUEL is 30cm wide. 
So work on an average of approx 5cm Wide per letter to estimate the length
