Due to occasional issues with parcels being returned, we have this resend postage option.

We inform customers when parcels are being posted, and which postage service is used, and we have information on our FAQ regarding keeping us updated with any issues regarding your delivery so we are able to assist before a parcel is returned If a parcel comes back to us due to you not being available at all delivery attempts and no redelivery is arranged by yourself or it's not collected, then after a certain number of days (usually approx 2-3 weeks), Royal mail will return it to us.

We are now charged for this return, and new postage is required to send it back to you

We request this payment from you to have it returned to you using this listing

The total will be £4.99 once you go through the basket page and our default postage is added

If you do not wish to pay postage again, and request the order be cancelled and refunded, this is done at our discretion due to the items possibly being custom orders or personalised items, and often seasonal and unsellable If we do refund you, this will be minus the initial postage fee as this cost has been irreversibly spent
