Available in 10, 12, 15, 18.5, 20, 30, 40 and 50cm, and can be with or without holes (Holes will be 6mm and 12 per ring) 
 
The inside measurements are as follows 
 
10cm : Approx 65mm 
15cm : Approx 120mm 
20cm : Approx 165mm 
30cm : Approx 250mm
40cm: Approx 340mm
