Ikea Trofast / Flisat fitting Activity Lids
 
This is the listing for the Quarry / Building Site Activity Lid Set It comes flat packed, with easy to assemble pieces that slot fairly tightly for a sturdy set while playing.  (Please be careful when assembling as they are deliberately tight so no glue is needed on the truck) 
THE TRUCK 
The truck has two engraved sides (It's approx 14cm long) 
A 6mm flat piece that slots into the truck's sides (You can put elastic bands around this to really make it extra sturdy if you wish)
A 3mm flat piece to glue under the 6mm flat piece to stop the tube holders falling through 
2 x 12mm Tube holders (These are a tight fit to ensure they don't move around when little ones are playing) 
1 x 15cm long plastic tube 
1 x Scoop 
(Please  note, if you order the truck run on it's own, it comes with all of the above minus  the scoop)
 
THE LID ITSELF 
3mm Lid with 3 x 18mm recessed pieces which you simply glue in on top of eachother in order to give you the quarry depth and steps effect inside the quarry wallsThe lid also has slots for the truck's wheels so it's perfectly placed for the sand to fall into the centre of the quarry
3mm solid base to glue to the bottom of your quarry to give you a floor 
Please then glue the quarry top to the base of your lid if you wish to have it all fixed together. 
We'll pop in a scrap piece of MDF or two to place on the bottom of your trofast tray. This is to take the weight of your quarry so it doesn't detach from the bottom of your lid if little ones push down onto it.

This is to fit the Large Trofast trays only. We sell those separately if you wanted a tray to enjoy this activity but don't have a Flisat table so why not add one to your order :) (We have a few Yellow ones left which are perfect for the theme !)

You can order the bricks on their own, or you can just order the truck run on it's own. You can also order the lid on it's own, which consists of the 3mm Large Trofast lid (With quarry recessed pieces) But just no truck, or slots for truck

We'll include a print out of the pieces and what they are for with each order and we recommend any white craft glue to affix the quarry layers in the order you received them wrapped.
