Ikea Trofast / Flisat fitting Activity Lids
The Lid Sizes are
Small : 30cm x 20cm
Large : 42 x 30cm
And they fit perfectly in the large and small Trofast trays that slot into the Flisat tables

The Large Lid is the Zones of Regulation board
It is a 6mm Hollowed Lid with Sections to show the 4 Main Zones (Blue, Green, Yellow and Red)It has spaces for the colour shapes representing the zones, and space for little emotion tokens (2 Emotions per zone)
The tokens are 3mm Acrylic in the corresponding colours
The lid also comes with a space to place a token in the 'today I am feeling....' Section
This is perfect for little ones who perhaps are non verbal or struggle to say how they may be feeling.
The set comes with 5 of each colour of Jumbo Coloured Lolly Sticks, which we thought would be perfect for writing different tools for self regulation.
Perhaps little ones can select a lolly stick that may help them get to the Green zone, then enjoy their sense of achievement when the today I am feeling is replaced with a green token
The set also comes with an almost solid base (Space for the lolly sticks)
The Small Lid is an emotions Puzzle with eight spaces and engraved with eight easily recognizable and commonly felt emotions
Keeping with the Zone colours, this set also comes with coloured acrylic emotion tokens (Which are the same size as for the large board)
This comes with a 3mm solid base
Please note the sets of Tokens come in little coloured Organza bags for easy storage and the Large Lid comes with a flash card holder which also fits the tokens (See pic)

Activity Lids - Emotions / Zones of Regulation
Laser or CNC
As we now have a laser machine, we will be changing how some of our items are cut.
All items that are 4mm thick or have a 4mm part to them (Eg backings to trays and puzzles) will be laser cut, and we will also now cut a lot of our 6mm products with the laser machine too, as this gives a crisper finish to the edges.
Please use the comments box on the product you are buying if they are any of the above thicknesses, and feel you would prefer us to cut it as before with our CNC machines (This is not an option now with 4mm backings, as we will be pre cutting all of these to help with our speed of service)

With most of our designs, we're happy to make them more rectangular to be just used on a desk, table, floor etc, for anyone that doesn't have a Flisat table, or Trofast trays.
Please just comment in the notes and we'll remove the little thumb slot and make the corners more rectangular.Disclaimer
