Ikea Trofast / Flisat fitting Activity Lids This listing is for the Skeletal System Puzzle Lid This consists of a hollow 3mm piece and a plain MDF solid baseThe base has the outline of a person and a skeletal system with all the names of the most well known bones There is the option to request a more advanced base which is basically the same, but doesn't have the bone shapes engraved onto it, just the person outline and bone names. So if you would prefer this option for older children, please just pop a note in the comments box. The bones are made of 3mm White acrylic and the smallest piece measures approx 3cm, so please only use under supervision • These are not toys, but are learning aids. Please note that the mandible bone and spine is now attached to the skull and ribs respectively as these pieces were too tiny and prone to snapping. We provide a white drawstring organza bag to store them in and the set comes with a sorting tray for keeping all the pieces safe while placing them on the board (You just need to glue the base to the sorting tray border)

Laser or CNC
As we now have a laser machine, we will be changing how some of our items are cut.
All items that are 4mm thick or have a 4mm part to them (Eg backings to trays and puzzles) will be laser cut, and we will also now cut a lot of our 6mm products with the laser machine too, as this gives a crisper finish to the edges.
Please use the comments box on the product you are buying if they are any of the above thicknesses, and feel you would prefer us to cut it as before with our CNC machines (This is not an option now with 4mm backings, as we will be pre cutting all of these to help with our speed of service)

With most of our designs, we're happy to make them more rectangular to be just used on a desk, table, floor etc, for anyone that doesn't have a Flisat table, or Trofast trays.
Please just comment in the notes and we'll remove the little thumb slot and make the corners more rectangular.Disclaimer
