Custom Sensory Sorting Tray
This is a great listing to request a sensory tray of your choosing.
Please note, the outlines will be a simple shape with any dividing lines or patterns within the tray that suit the design you have asked for. We can't do loose pieces like eyes as it all needs to be connected to the border, so please bear that in mind.
We will add photos as the custom requests grow, so you can see some great ideas
Lovely 6mm Hollow Shapes with solid 3mm Bases (You will need to glue the shapes to the bases if you want them as one piece)
Please simply use the drop down menus for your size options as we have this in three sizes
Large : 25cm at largest point
Medium : 20cm at largest point
Small : Handheld size, so approx 12cm
Please note : Due to our workload and the need to keep orders moving as fast as possible, it may not be possible to send images and proof check each design.
If you ask for a design, you can be really specific or send an image over via message or you can just write 'Duck' or 'Helicopter' and leave the rest to us !(If sending an image, please do not send other supplier designs)

Custom Sensory Tray
Laser and CNC
As we now have a laser machine, we will be changing how some of our items are cut.
All items that are 4mm thick or have a 4mm part to them (Eg backings to trays and puzzles) will be laser cut, and we will also now cut a lot of our 6mm products with the laser machine too, as this gives a crisper finish to the edges.
Please use the comments box on the product you are buying if they are any of the above thicknesses, and feel you would prefer us to cut it as before with our CNC machines (This is not an option now with 4mm backings, as we will be pre cutting all of these to help with our speed of service)
