THIS LISTING IS FOR A MINI VERSION OF OUR COLOUR SPINNING FLOWER WHEEL
The wheel is approx 15cm in diameter and comes flat with an easy to assemble kit.
A solid 18mm base which is designed to prevent the wheel toppling, even with the most vigorous of spins !
The dowel that goes through the centre can be fixed with mini elastics (we will include a few but they are easy to buy in Primark (usually by the tills)
The flower can also be used flat over a lightbox
