Ikea Trofast / Flisat fitting Activity Lids 
 
This listing is for a lovely 6mm Hollow Lid with perfectly sized Holes to post 60mm Tickit Discs through (So approx 70mm x 12mm) There is an option to add a pack of 10 Plain Wood Genuine Tickit Discs to your order (These are limited stock as not many places have too many in stock, so if they show as out of stock, we will try to get some in soon)You can use 6mm MDF Circles in 6cm - Here's the link Learning Aids, Resources, MDF Craft (perryswoodcraft.com)
The Lid Sizes are 
Small : 30cm x 20cm 
Large : 42 x 30cm 
And they fit perfectly in the large and small Trofast trays that slot into the Flisat tables

vinyl stickers that fit perfectly around the tickit slots 
you get the middle strips which would be great for folding over the discs if you only have the wooden ones (which we stock)
Please note that the stickers won’t fit the small lid as the slots are too close together

  • Laser or CNC

    As we now have a laser machine, we will be changing how some of our items are cut. 
    All items that are 4mm thick or have a 4mm part to them (Eg backings to trays and puzzles) will be laser cut, and we will also now cut a lot of our 6mm products with the laser machine too, as this gives a crisper finish to the edges. 
    Please use the comments box on the product you are buying if they are any of the above thicknesses, and feel you would prefer us to cut it as before with our CNC machines (This is not an option now with 4mm backings, as we will be pre cutting all of these to help with our speed of service)

  • If you don't have a Flisat table

    With most of our designs, we're happy to make them more rectangular to be just used on a desk, table, floor etc, for anyone that doesn't have a Flisat table, or Trofast trays. 
    Please just comment in the notes and we'll remove the little thumb slot and make the corners more rectangular.
