Personalised Sesame Street style plaque 

Layered in design, so you get a 6mm solid back piece, a 6mm hollow border to stick onto the base, and loose 6mm MDF letters of your choice 

It measures just over 30cm wide, and approx 12cm tall 

The street name is approx 4cm lettering (depending on if I have to reduce the size to fit a longer name) 
And the number for the semi circle part will be approx 2cm tall 

Please use  the comments to tell us the streetname, or word or child's name you would like and the number 

Also please let us know in the notes if you would like holes to hang string through the plaque
