Ikea Trofast / Flisat Activity Lid
This listing is for the Recognising shapes Puzzle Lid
A hollow lid with solid base, consisting of 6 Square spaces, which you then fit the two part frames for 6 well known shapes - Circle, Square, Oval, Triangle, Pentagon and Hexagon
Once you have matched up the hollow frames, you then simply locate the correct spaces for the solid shapes
This is also a fantastic lid for learning about basic colour mixing. Eg Paint any two borders say Yellow and Red, and paint the solid matching shape in orange.
As there's six, you can do black and white makes grey, Red and White makes pink and so on...
The Shapes vary in size, but average between 8cm - 10cm
This product is for the Large Trofast Trays and is 42cm x 30cm
Each Lid purchase comes with a Free of charge Small shape sorter hollow lid for posting the solid shapes into
Please note, if you don't a Flisat Table or use Trofast Trays, please select the Plain Rectangle option, as this is a great way of buying any of our lid designs in a non lid format.
The rectangle will be approx the same size, but with less rounded corners and no thumb slot that you see on the Activity Lids we do.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO CHANGE THE SHAPES IF YOU WANTED MORE ADVANCED ETC, PLEASE SIMPLY USE THE COMMENTS BOX TO TELL US WHICH SHAPES YOU WOULD LIKE, AND WHICH WE SHOULD NOT INCLUDE
Recognising shapes puzzle activity lid
Laser or CNC
As we now have a laser machine, we will be changing how some of our items are cut.
All items that are 4mm thick or have a 4mm part to them (Eg backings to trays and puzzles) will be laser cut, and we will also now cut a lot of our 6mm products with the laser machine too, as this gives a crisper finish to the edges.
Please use the comments box on the product you are buying if they are any of the above thicknesses, and feel you would prefer us to cut it as before with our CNC machines (This is not an option now with 4mm backings, as we will be pre cutting all of these to help with our speed of service)

With most of our designs, we're happy to make them more rectangular to be just used on a desk, table, floor etc, for anyone that doesn't have a Flisat table, or Trofast trays.
Please just comment in the notes and we'll remove the little thumb slot and make the corners more rectangular.Disclaimer
