Spring Flower Detachable Sensory Sorting Tray
This is a really unique product (we hope!)
(Please note the design has been improved slightly, so will differ in the shape of the petals from the 2022 version)
A giant sensory tray, perfect for placing into the centre of a tuff tray, where children can each take a petal, create play dough art, place items they have collected outside, play with rice, or many other activities, then place their petal back onto the flower to share their activity with the other children.
The flower, when assembled is 60cm across and each petal is approx 24cm long. There is a smaller version too, which is 30cm across when assembled and with lovely hand sized petals (Approx 12cm)
This flower sits perfectly on a solid Flisat Activity Lid
They consist of 6 Petals (6mm hollow borders and 3mm solid bases)
And the centre part which is the same. So you just need to glue the borders to the base to complete your trays.
When you take it apart, the petals and centre stack neatly on top of eachother so they are really easy to store away when not in use.
We have added an option for this in White acrylic
It would consist of the petals and centre being in 3mm solid white and the top hollow parts also being in 3mm acrylic (please note this isn't as deep as the hollow layers in the MDF version)
They would come unglued, and need superglue to adhere acrylic to acrylic

Laser and CNC
As we now have a laser machine, we will be changing how some of our items are cut.
All items that are 4mm thick or have a 4mm part to them (Eg backings to trays and puzzles) will be laser cut, and we will also now cut a lot of our 6mm products with the laser machine too, as this gives a crisper finish to the edges.
Please use the comments box on the product you are buying if they are any of the above thicknesses, and feel you would prefer us to cut it as before with our CNC machines (This is not an option now with 4mm backings, as we will be pre cutting all of these to help with our speed of service)
